Thank you for your interest in working with Dr. Jonathan Otten at Northern Lights Medicine.
The purpose of this complimentary 10–15 minute Alignment Call is to briefly discuss your health concerns, answer any initial questions you may have, and determine whether Dr. Otten's approach and areas of expertise are a good fit for your healthcare goals. It also provides an opportunity for you to meet Dr. Otten before making a commitment to care.
What to Expect:
• Northern Lights Medicine is a cash-based practice and does not participate with any insurance plans.
• If we mutually decide to move forward, the initial consultation process consists of two visits of up to 90 minutes each.
• The fee for the initial consultation process is $1,000, which covers both visits and is collected at the time of the first appointment.
• Any laboratory testing, supplements, medications, or other products recommended as part of your care are separate expenses and are not included in Dr. Otten's consultation fees.
• Ongoing care is tailored to each individual and varies based on your unique health concerns, goals, and response to treatment.
We primarily work with adults and families facing complex, chronic health conditions, including Lyme and tickborne illness, immune dysregulation, autism spectrum conditions, and multi-system symptoms that have not been fully resolved through conventional care.
Our approach focuses on root causes and system-wide patterns, not just symptom control. We use functional medicine, advanced laboratory analysis, and personalized strategies to guide care decisions.
